Tadasana yoga
Tadasana is helpful in height increase in growth years and stretching of the complete body from top to bottom.

Steps Tadasana yoga (Mountain pose)

Stand straight in vishramasan(stand at ease) pose with an erect spine.
Distance between your feet according to the width of your shoulder.
Interlock your fingers, palm facing upward, and keep your hands close.
Now while inhaling lift your arms upward slowly, twist your palm as it reaches your face, above your head, palm facing the sky.
Simultaneously lift your ankle slowly, stand on your toes.
Keep your elbows tight and stretch it fully.
Feel the stretch from toes to fingers of arms.
Hold this position as long as you can hold your breath. Start with the holding of 5seconds then increase it up to 20 seconds.
While exhaling down your hands and ankle at the same time slowly to the starting position.
Repeat this 4-5set continuously daily.
In between, take a break to catch your breath if you feel exhausted.
