Why did I start yoga?
I started practicing yoga at a very early age because I was genuinely concerned about my health. While Growing up my parents always introduced the habit of eating fresh, hygienic, and healthy food. Staying fit was always a challenge for me as I was lazy enough to go to the gym when I started doing yoga. But to be honest, I portrayed yoga to be only for people of old age or who are recovering from an injury or for those who just want to stretch or relax. It never thought that practicing yoga would be one of the most challenging things I could put myself through. Even more challenging than your usual gym routine.
